Babcock stock rose this morning after agreeing to sell its Frazer-Nash advisory unit to KBR for £ 293 million.

Last night, the board of directors of asthma inhaler maker Vectura backed a £ 1.1 billion takeover by tobacco giant Philip Morris, despite calls on health organizations to decline.

Walt Disney beat Wall Street forecasts for the last quarter as its streaming services gained more customers than expected and its theme parks are back to profitability.
