Avison Younger Expands Valuation Consultancy Group
Avison Young announces entry into the social and affordable housing appraisal market with the hiring of a team of specialists led by Director Nick Worman. The new team will be part of Avison Young’s Cardiff office at One Kingsway.
Nick has more than 25 years of industry experience advising banks and registered providers. Until recently, he led a similar team at Bruton Knowles. He will be joined by Lisa Roberts, Associate Director, and Stuart Randall, Senior Surveyor.
The team will join Avison Young’s broader valuation advisory division, which includes 175 registered appraisers operating from 15 offices across the UK, covering all market sectors for a range of banks, investors and public sector clients.
