Arjan Bom joins Dutch monetary companies consultancy Mount
The Dutch consulting firm Mount Consulting has strengthened its team with the former Big Four professional Arjan Bom.

The financial services consultancy was only founded 15 months ago by three experienced consultants and has since built an increasingly strong portfolio. The company specializes in helping banking, insurance and asset management CFOs and CROs with their business transformations in finance, risk, data management and technology architecture.
The arrival of Bom strengthens the company’s regulatory compliance and reporting offering with a focus on the banking and insurance segments. During his seven-year tenure at EY, the Leiden University graduate gained extensive experience in these topics with a range of corporate clients, including multinational corporations.
His successes include supporting clients in: designing and modernizing operating models for risk and compliance functions, ensuring reporting on data quality to the supervisory authorities, managing the implementation of a direct reporting framework and handling compliance and reporting aspects during a banking license application process .
