Accenture's Liz Sanders joins LACE Partners

After a 15 year career at Accenture, Liz Sanders left the consulting giant to join the boutique LACE Partners.

At London-based recruitment agency, Liz Sanders will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base and offering in the areas of human capital consulting, HR transformation and change management.

We are very excited about the experience that Liz brings to LACE Partners, ”said Aaron Alburey, who co-founded LACE Partners in 2014 with Cathy Acratopulo. Both had previously worked for large consulting firms such as Accenture and Deloitte and decided to stand on their feet because they believed they could offer a “fundamentally different” offer.

Since its inception, LACE Partners has grown to include a team of approximately 40 consultants and employees working for clients in a variety of industries including financial services, retail, travel, hospitality, transportation, oil and gas, and real estate.

As the company prepares for a busy 2021, it wanted to add executive level experience to its ranks. “2021 may have started with challenges and in the UK with a national lockdown, but from what we hear from clients and the HR profession in general, there is optimism that the year will indeed bring positive results and growth again quickly. That’s why we brought Liz on board. “

“She has a wealth of knowledge that will help many FTSE 250 companies around the world reinvent their HR skills, bring new employee experiences and enable digital transformation.”

In her most recent position at Accenture, Sanders was Managing Director and Head of the Digital HR & Workforce Experience practice, responsible for the unit’s strategy, delivery portfolio, technology partnerships and thought leadership.

Commenting on her decision to join a specialist firm, Sanders said, “2021 will see radical changes for HR and HR teams as they try to reset and rejuvenate their role at the center of the business agenda as more companies seek to enhance their digital skills Improve strategy Examine opportunities to optimize costs, restructure or even diversify into new models and services as a result of the pandemic. ”

“It was a new challenge to be part of an agile boutique consultancy that is able to tailor its approaches to the needs of our clients while pursuing a strong and exciting growth strategy.”
