Accenture Acquires Management and Expertise Consultancy Cirrus to Assist C-Suite Transformations

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Cirrus, a UK-based leadership and talent consultancy. Cirrus strengthens Accenture’s Talent & Organization / Human Potential team and strengthens its development and coaching skills for executives seeking business transformation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With 70 experts in the UK and Australia serving global clients, Cirrus combines leadership, talent and engagement expertise to evaluate and develop leaders. This leads to behavior changes and the implementation of agile working methods in order to realize their potential. Cirrus has a proven track record of delivering business impact through bespoke leadership and team building solutions delivered through virtual, personal and digital channels.
