Schroders finds £230m resolution in rival River and Mercantile | Enterprise

Schroders will buy part of smaller rival River and Mercantile Group in a £ 230 million deal.

The acquisition will add $ 42 billion to Schroders’ assets.

Schroders has made a number of acquisitions in recent years, including Sandaire, a specialized family office based in London, and a majority stake in Pamfleet, an Asian real estate investment manager.
