The cultural consultancy Meaning, led by creative people, has entered into a strategic alliance with the organizational consultancy Purposeful Change.

NEW YORK, NY March 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – [INVNT GROUP], THE GLOBAL BRANDSTORY PROJECT ™ today cemented a strategic alliance between Meaning, the creatively managed cultural consultancy founded in 2020, and Purposeful Change, a consultancy for organizational transformation.

Allan Fair, Meaning’s Chief Culture Officer, and Simon Lamb, Founder of Purposeful Change, jointly run Meaning. As part of the new alliance, Lamb takes on the role of Convener In Chief for Meaning.

Fair and Lamb’s passion for organizational transformation made them quick friends after meeting in 2018 when they teamed up on a cultural and creative project for Microsoft.

Fast forward to 2021 and the alliance will allow them to join forces again. Meaning offers storytelling experience in Fair, having worked in creative roles for over 15 years, and Purposeful Change’s proven transformation method thanks to Lamb’s more than 20 years of organizational transformation experience where he has worked with brands such as HSBC and Nike.

Together, the pair will provide brands, organizations and communities with a unique set of systemic culture change processes that will enable them to solve the big, pressing challenges of the 21st century.
