Tips on how to Make It Rain in Photoshop
In today’s video tutorial, we’re going to use the power of Photoshop to change the weather by raining on a photo. We’ll be adding various tools and filters to not only create a rain of raindrops but also adjust the image to give the appearance of a wet surface with reflections from the surroundings. This effect is best for street photos taken at night, as the darker background helps make the raindrops visible and the tough asphalt roads and sidewalks can be adjusted to create realistic puddles.
