The way to Create a Retro Emblem Design with Texturing Results

I recently came across the Junk Type website, which is a compilation of nostalgic labels and packaging designs from various antique household products. The sight of all those old brand logos inspired me to create my own. In this tutorial, I’m going to walk you through the process of creating a retro logo design for the fictional Hard Graft Elbow Grease brand. Many of these original logos contained the brand name in a geometric shape, so we use Illustrator’s drawing and shaping tools to create a similar layout. After decades of wear and tear, these old product boxes have aged and damaged.
