Global insurance broker group NFP has acquired Dublin-based commercial insurance broker Aiken Insurances Limited (AIL) for an undisclosed amount.

“The addition of Aiken to NFP is our first commercial insurance undertaking in Ireland and complements NFP Ireland’s offering of employee benefits and advice, individual asset management and commercial insurance in line with the rest of NFP,” said Colm., Director of NFP Ireland performance.

With the takeover of Lloyd’s Coverholder, NFP continues to expand the Group’s property and casualty insurance capacities in Europe and adds expertise in specialized insurance lines.
