Emrill launches FM consultancy firm amid enlargement – Enterprise
UAE-based facility management giant Emrill launched Emrill Consultancy (EMCO) to further expand its facility management, construction, and real estate offering in the UAE and GCC.
EMCO is headquartered in Dubai and provides facility management advisory services over the entire life cycle of a property or development, from design review in the pre-construction phase of a project to asset handover and condition surveys.
EMCO serves a wide variety of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and entertainment, government and education. EMCO will offer innovative and intelligent solutions for all types of companies and buildings. The company strives to achieve operational excellence and financial returns across all property portfolios by providing a comprehensive suite of advisory resources for all aspects of facility management services and day-to-day operational facility management needs.

To lead the newly formed company, Emrill has appointed Bill Heath as General Manager of EMCO. Commenting on the appointment, Harrison said, “Heath brings a wealth of experience to EMCO. He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate and construction sectors and has worked at a high level with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach. He has a proven track record of providing advice-led facility management and actively educating clients about the benefits of using well-planned facility management activities to achieve their business goals. Prior to joining EMCO, Heath was involved in the founding and day-to-day operations of several facility management companies. During his time at Mace Group from 2002 to 2017, he was tasked with building the facility management business of Mace Macro in the UK and achieved significant financial growth. In 2013, Heath was named chairman of the Macro Group and managing director of Macro International in the Middle East. Under his leadership, the company grew exponentially, employed over 850 people and operated in 44 countries.
At EMCO, Heath will be responsible for providing pre, post and contract advisory services, strategic planning and facility management for clients in the UAE and across the GCC. His mission is to grow the business in the Emirates and solve the complex asset building challenges faced by clients by delivering high quality advisory services that adhere to international best practices.
