Postmates companions Lil Nas X to grant needs around the globe

Postmates' holiday campaign on Twitter is back with Santa Nas X, December 7-10
PostmatesThe fourth annual #BetterThanSanta is here, and in a spirit of giving, Postmates are once again granting as many holiday requests as possible submitted via Twitter.
This year, Grammy Award-winning artist Lil Nas X will be the brand's first Co- # BetterThanSanta to trade in his cowboy hat for a Santa hat to make people's wishes come true. Fans can also tune in to Monday Night Football tonight to receive a special #BetterThanSanta message from Lil Nas X and Postmates.
"It's very important to me to keep people in a happy mood this year, and I'm very excited to be working with Postmates to meet people's vacation needs this year with #BetterThanSanta," said Lil Nas X. Today it goes off with a lunch of Hotville Chicken to Covenant House LA. In everything that is going on in the world, it is more important than ever to me to support the youth in my community. "
Today Lil Nas X launched #BetterThanSanta a little earlier by delivering a special contactless delivery from Hotville Chicken, a black-owned local restaurant and Best of LA winner serving Nashville-style hot chicken, to Covenant House California in Los Angeles, that supports this, postmatized youth who are affected by homelessness.
"It's wonderful to wrap up 2020 by bringing holiday joy with Lil Nas X," said Eric Edge, SVP Marketing and Communications at Postmates. "#BetterThanSanta is a popular campaign with Postmates because we can fulfill, in real time, people's incredible, often heartfelt wishes addressed to family, friends, and charities.
Lil Nas X not only fulfills people's wishes with #BetterThanSanta, but also helps people get in the holiday mood throughout the season with his hit "HOLIDAY", which has collected over 100 million audio and video streams worldwide. The song was co-produced by Take A Daytrip and Tay Keith and marks Lil Nas X's first offering from his upcoming debut album.
Nas also released the cinematic and exaggerated official music video of the song, which he co-directed with acclaimed director and creative Gibson Hazard. The video takes place on Christmas Eve 2220 and accompanies Nas through his futuristic North Pole workshop in which he takes on the role of four different characters, including Santa Nas X.
Like Lil Nas X, Postmates love to bring joy for the holidays. Last year so many people submitted requests that #BetterThanSanta was trending on Twitter in the US, and Postmates granted all sorts of requests, including Lisa asking for laptops to be sent to her sister, a teacher they care for their Student needed.
In 2019, celebrities got wind of #BetterThanSanta too, including Miley Cyrus, who wanted some treats for the Happy Hippie Foundation's youth, and Carly Rae Jepsen, who wanted Postmates to send books to children at LA Children's Hospital would; and Postmates delivered both and more.
