Zimmerman declares newly promoted Chief Shopper Officer
Zimmerman encourages leaders to continue to grow
Zimmerman Advertising, on Omnicom group The company is pleased to announce an exciting promotion within the management team of the advertising agency. Lisa Rossi has been promoted to Chief Client Officer. In addition, Jill Schneider, former SVP, Group Operations Director, will assume the role of EVP, Retail Account Services, and Maria Rico has been promoted to VP, Operations Director. The promotions follow a series of new business wins in 2019 and 2020.
Rossi, a 14-year-old veteran of the agency, will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure world-class retail services. She will act as the Executive Client Lead and oversee the agency's brand list. Throughout her time at the agency, Rossi has proven that in dynamic times, she can run major retail brands and drive world-class immersive commerce solutions across the full service agency network. Your job is to work with older customers and manage growth plans in all forms.
Jill Schneider will support Lisa on this mission and will be promoted to EVP Retail Operations. Jill is a 20-year-old Zimmerman veteran. She was responsible for leading the transformation of Nissan From a traditional marketing approach to retail to a state-of-the-art brand building and retail model designed to involve customers in a digital world. Your new task is simple: delivery for every customer, every day.
Maria Rico was also promoted to VP, Operations Director, to coordinate people and processes to make everything work seamlessly. Maria has been with the agency for seven years and she is a proven champion within the agency.
