WPP acquires advertising expertise consultancy XumaK
WPP announces that today Wunderman Thompson has acquired XumaK, a leading marketing technology consultancy.
XumaK is a recognized expert in the implementation of performance-oriented trading solutions. As a leading provider of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) software and services, XumaK manages, delivers and optimizes the experiences across every digital touch point and has helped some of the world's best known brands, including Digicel and MetLife, transform their businesses digitally.
XumaK was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA, as well as two development centers in Guatemala and Colombia. The company employs around 60 people.
The acquisition is in line with WPP's strategy of deepening the technology offering and investing behind partnerships with leading technology companies. XumaK will advance experience technology for Wunderman Thompson North America.
