It now has a total of 11 clubs in the UK as well as a newly established international club in Amsterdam which opened in March 2021.

Paramjit Uppal, CEO and Founder of AND Digital, said, “Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire region are rapidly becoming a thriving breeding ground for digital talent, ideas and innovation.

“That’s why we see our recent investment plans for new talent and a new club in the region as one that will not only support the digital growth of existing customers, but also further cement the region’s growing reputation as a global tech destination.

Mr. Uppal added, “The positions we currently have open in West Yorkshire are diverse and a perfect fit for talented individuals who want to work for a fast growing technology company that values its culture, creativity and people.

“We prove every day that people drive businesses and communities, and that belief has led us to put our money on our lips and stimulate a new cohort of talent who will drive digital excellence faster in West Yorkshire. ”

A spokesman said the exact location of the new office has not yet been announced, but it will be in central Leeds and on Waterhouse Lane in addition to company premises.

Mr Uppal said Leeds has some fantastic institutions and infrastructure.

He added, “The tech scene is growing along with a large pool of untapped talent in Yorkshire just waiting for the opportunity to begin or develop their careers.

“Sometimes you just need that extra boost to make a career change. That’s why we’re offering an entry-level bonus to talented candidates to show how serious we are about investing in Yorkshire.

“There are a multitude of companies that want to accelerate their digital journey, especially after COVID-19, but have not yet found the right partner who can build the technology and, most importantly, the talent they need to further opportunities and innovations to drive forward. ”consistently techn.

“We want to be that partner, not a supplier, who helps to positively change the company’s internal technology base. Too often people think that companies and talent are solely based in the South, and that’s just not true. “
