The Cerda planning office celebrates its 13th anniversary with the opening of a second office.

The company says “significant growth” in business and customer activity has led to the opening of an office in Castle Donington.

The new office, led by Director Richard West, will provide the full range of planning services, specializing in site assessments, obtaining building permits, attracting appeals, local planning representation and project management advisory teams.

Managing Directors Michael Robson and Alison Clack said: “The Cerda team is very excited about moving into Castle Donington. Richard and his team will provide Cerda Planning’s highly regarded service to existing and new customers. We look forward to exploring the opportunities that arise, meeting customers who work in the region and having a positive impact on the built and natural environment. “
