Can you tell us about Brillio’s trip to India?

The digital transformation is at its peak today. Companies are quickly taking several initiatives to speed up their journey in the post-pandemic period. Brillio helps its clients stay on track by focusing on delivering innovative solutions in our practice horizons and staying relevant in the current landscape. We are constantly working to provide an improved customer experience by creating differentiated value solutions.

At Brillio, we have noticed a broad demand for our focused services, particularly in the field of product development and analytics. In fact, we saw over 35% growth and significant growth in new business in the first half of the year, particularly in the BFSI and Healthcare sectors. As a digital player, we are further strengthening our foundation in the market with regard to starting business through the existing partnerships. We’re well on our way to reaching $ 500 million in the next few years. We have focused on growth in relevant markets, enhanced our capabilities through partnerships, and explored opportunities with advanced technology.

Some of the key partnerships Brillio has fostered are with Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, and others. Our partnerships are based on the shared vision of enabling companies to adapt to the “digital first” framework. Brillio has also been recognized as a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) for providing Azure cloud services.

How did Brillio, as a digitally born company, help its customers during the pandemic?

Brillio is focused on driving CX-based transformation for customers by delivering personalized approaches to meet business needs. The strategy was to examine the customer’s user journey, changing activities and priorities during the pandemic. This has allowed us to demystify the business challenges and provide quality advice to clients.

Brillio’s design thinking framework set us apart from the rest of the companies in the market and was a positive element in helping customers throughout the pandemic. Our approach has been to evaluate, analyze and modify the product roadmap or process to map an efficient digital design that will enable us to create avenues for customer success. We open up growth areas for our customers that have not been thought of before. This enables us to deliver solutions that exceed the set expectations.

What is Brillio’s Channel GTM strategy for the Indian and APAC markets in 2021?

We took a reactive approach to the APAC market to understand the opportunities for Brillio. However, we are seeing a lot of traction, especially in the Australian market. We plan to expand our presence in Australia soon. In the Indian market, we aim to triple our sales in 2021. This growth is primarily driven by the great digital consumption potential of the GCCs – Global Capability Centers and the larger companies. Brillio remains close to market model service demand and our strategies are focused on driving high growth in key business segments: BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Consumer and Media Technology. Our goal is to be an agile and scalable consulting company in our core practice areas of product development, analytics and digital infrastructure.

What future-oriented solutions are customers looking for to get a head start in the digital economy?

As mentioned earlier, we are working to improve the user experience for our customers. Companies are now rapidly moving from mainframe to cloud solutions and evolving into cloud-native organizations. We see an increasing demand for the introduction of disruptive technologies such as AI / ML and computer vision. To help our customers succeed in the digital economy, we focus on empowering our customers through analytical solutions and innovations.
