Vodafone Idea appoints Sheena Joseph as VP of Customer Service for Enterprise Business

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea (Vi) has appointed Sheena Joseph as Vice President of Customer Service of Enterprise Business to further strengthen its corporate focus in the country.

“Sheena is an experienced professional and brings expertise in service delivery and service assurance for B2B customers. Your knowledge in the service area will help Vi Business to improve the customer experience, ”Vi said in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.

Prior to joining Vi, she was the National Head of Service Assurance for Enterprise Business at Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS).

There she led National Service Assurance Operations and Strategy for Wireline Data and Voice, IoT, Cloud, SaaS, UCaaS and business areas such as SME, Large Enterprise and Carrier.

Joseph also led the Contact Center Operations, Service Strategy, Regional Service Management (in India), SOC, NOC (TX, IP and Voice) and SQM (NQ) functions.

Before joining TTBS, she worked at Tata Communications as the National Head of Service Assurance for the SME business unit. She was also affiliated with Reliance Communications and BPL.

Joseph’s appointment comes shortly after India’s third largest telecommunications company named Alok Srivastava as head of corporate business for Northern and Eastern Counties.

Shabnam Syed recently joined as Executive Vice President, Postpaid Marketing.

Vi also named Reema Jain as Chief Digital Officer, while Tanuja Rai Pradhan joined as Head Consumer Insights.

The telecommunications company also named Sanjay Jolly as Executive Vice President (EVP) – Technology, Hub Operations last month.
