Marketing consultancy TrinityP3 has named three and promoted one due to strong business growth in Australia.

Business in Australia and New Zealand has seen significant growth across all services due to the initial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to bid management, there has been an increasing demand to help organizations align internal and external marketing skills and services.

“The effects of the pandemic have forced many marketing organizations to quickly review their marketing strategy only to find that their structures, skills, processes and agency lists are no longer aligned with their evolving strategy,” said TrinityP3 Australia and New Zealand CEO Nathan Hodges .

“This has resulted in far more marketers reaching out to us for independent assessment and design recommendations to increase productivity and improve performance not only in marketing itself but also externally across agencies’ rosters . “

Trinity P3 has set a number of important dates.

Kylie Sandercock joined TrinityP3 as a financial advisor. Kylie has extensive industry experience in advertising agencies and adtech companies developing and managing investment and financial reports. She will work with TrinityP3’s longtime senior advisor Lyndon Brill to expand the application of the rigorous and careful financial analysis applied to virtually every TrinityP3 project.

Marketer Kate Guaran is also joining the TrinityP3 consulting cohort to expand the depth of marketing experience and knowledge and is already working with an overseas client on the bespoke design and roll out of an agency management training program worldwide.

Back at the company is David Angell, who after a time in Singapore as COO at Havas takes on the role of Business Director in Melbourne. David will work with managing director Nathan Hodges and TrinityP3 media leader Stephen Wright to build our presence in this important domestic market.

Lydia Feely, who has held various senior positions at TrinityP3 over the past 10 years, has been promoted to General Manager in Australia and New Zealand and will work directly with Managing Director Nathan Hodges.

“It has been a great opportunity to be part of the evolution and transformation of TrinityP3 over the past decade,” says Feely.

“As the challenges for marketers have become more complex, TrinityP3 has also evolved to meet those needs. It is exciting to be in a leadership position to drive future growth and development of the business.”
