Tejas Networks bags multi-year contract from Asia Consultancy Group

Tata Consultancy Services announced on Friday that it is ranked among the 25 best large companies in the UK and among the best companies in the consulting sector.

The Best Large Companies List recognizes 25 organizations with at least 2,000 employees based on an anonymous survey that rates employee experience in terms of engagement, culture, work environment, leadership, wellbeing, diversity, and community return.

TCS was recognized for prioritizing the health and wellbeing of its employees with initiatives such as virtual access to a family doctor, HR outreach sessions and mental health awareness programs, as well as its commitment to retraining employees while working remotely.

“TCS is now one of the UK’s leading IT service providers and the preferred growth and transformation partner for leading UK companies as it is able to attract, retain and motivate the best talent available here,” said Chandrasekaran Ramkumar, Head of the Human Resources in Great Britain and Ireland.

“As one of the UK’s largest employers for digital talent, we continue to invest in the growth and personal development of employees at all levels,” he said.

TCS employs over 4.8 lakh people in 46 countries and had consolidated sales of $ 22.2 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31.
