The new TA manager will mainly focus on building his bank of sustainability consultants by finding talent and screening internal applicants. In addition, it will be necessary to maintain current knowledge in the area of sustainability in order to inform and control publications and events. – Proven experience of headhunting consultants / experts, use of numerous channels and platforms, possibly international
– Headhunting / recruiting experts in the field of sustainability / ESG – or a comparable interest / passion for this area
– Headhunting of more than 5 consultants / experts per month – Building a network or “bank” of consultants at different levels – Able to select great talent “from the crowd”
– Screening of internal applicants for quality and suitability (possibly including interview and selection)
– Rapid response to customer needs, identifying suitable advisors from the “bank” based on the specific needs / requirements of the customers
– Maintaining the CRM and records of new / existing ‘bank’ members
– Maintaining relationships with the advisory bank – regular correspondence, marketing emails, etc.
– Stay up to date on sustainability research – Review expert blogs and research papers – Schedule company releases based on the latest data and trends
– Organization of events (webinars), involvement of consultants / experts for participation / implementation (1+ every 3 months)
