Sopra Steria (Euronext Paris: SOP), a European leader in digital transformation, today announced its plans to acquire Labs, a Norwegian consultancy specializing in digital user experience.
Labs is based in Bergen, Norway’s second largest city. It employs around fifty consultants who specialize in digital services to transform the customer experience.
This acquisition strengthens Sopra Steria’s consulting activities in Norway in promising digital markets.
The proposed acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
