After a 25 year legal career, Simon Rhodes will leave Trethowans and the law on March 31st to start his own business consultancy.

Specialized in organizational culture and business performance, called Red heart-blue head I’ve written three books on the subject, including “Build Your Super-Tribe” and “Get Win Ready”.

Simon joined Trethowans in 2005 and has held many roles over the past 16 years, including six years as Managing Partner and Head of Employment.

Simon leaves with the best wishes from the company. Hopefully his new role will give us the opportunity to continue working with Simon on an ongoing basis. So we look forward to a changed, but still fruitful working relationship.

Chris Whiteley, Trethowans Managing Partner, said: “Although we are sad to lose Simon, we would like to say a big thank you for all his years of service and wish him all the best in his new career. Over the years he has proven to be an extremely capable lawyer and has been a catalyst in creating the great culture we have as a law firm today. We will miss him in the office but look forward to working with him again soon! “
