Sikich expands digital transformation providers with acquisition of high quality administration and insurtech consultancy
CHICAGO, Feb. 6 / PRNewswire / – Sikich announced Thursday that it will acquire the assets of Process Stream, a leader in digital transformation services for regulated industries, including life sciences and insurance. Process Stream specializes in quality management, IT compliance as well as implementation and consulting of Insurtech systems.

Process Stream offers holistic support for the roadmaps of the digital transformation of companies. The company implements, manages and optimizes quality and claims systems and the associated processes for innovative global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and insurance organizations. The Process Stream team consists of system engineers, software developers, administrators of quality management and claims systems, and industry experts.

Approximately 60 Process Stream employees will join Sikich and continue to work from their Princeton, New Jersey office. The transaction is expected to close on April 30th.
