Scott to guide Galbraith’s Edinburgh properties group – Each day Enterprise
Real estate consultancy Galbraith has appointed Alexander Scott Head of the Edinburgh residential property sales team.
Mr. Scott, who joins Galbraith from BTO Solicitors, has over two decades of experience selling and renting real estate in Edinburgh.
Galbraith saw sales increase 20% in 2020 compared to 2019. The average retail price in Edinburgh rose 3.68%, with the most sought-after properties achieving premiums well above the asking price.
Simon Brown, a Galbraith partner, said, “Alexander will be a great asset to the company and brings significant knowledge and expertise to the sector.”
