HR firm Breedon Consulting will open new offices in Leicester, Northampton and Buckinghamshire after announcing a joint venture with ER Recruitment to provide HR, recruiting and learning and development services.

As part of the new partnership, Breedon will provide strategic services, operational services and HR software systems. On the learning and development side, Breedon specializes in profiling, individual development, management development, employee engagement and performance frameworks.

ER Recruitment’s services include retained assignments, headhunting, volume recruitment campaigns, initial screening campaigns, and the creation and management of specific assessment centers.

Each company will introduce the new combined services to existing customers.
