The company, which works with well-known companies in the region, has grown in strength since it was founded in early 2011 by former journalists Mark Waugh and Amy Bould.

Over the past five years, the company has tripled its sales and workforce, and plans to build on its success with new services being rolled out this quarter to meet customer demand.

General Manager Amy Bould said 2020 was the best year ever for Be Bold, despite the challenges of the coronavirus crisis.

“It is perhaps ironic that we are starting 2021 and our 10th year of audacity in the same home office that we started a decade ago. But we are a very changed company and we work with a great team that have all contributed to where we are today.

“We gained a number of new customers over the past year, including the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, battery specialist AceOn Group and the Bridge Cheese grocery store. We also added seasoned PR specialist Jade Ziola-Sammons to the team and brought a wealth of expertise, especially in manufacturing and engineering. “

Be Bold Media works in a variety of business areas including public sector partnerships and projects that include business support, the built environment and green technologies.

Amy added, “We look forward to continued growth over the next decade, but beyond that, we look forward to helping other companies grow with our support. Many of our customers who started with us ten years ago are still with us today. We love that we are part of their success story too.

“We know that there are still difficult times ahead for companies, and therefore, as in 2020, we will continue to offer every company that wants us to review how they communicate with their companies, our free personal advice and feedback service to customers or suppliers. You’d be surprised how many are just grateful that we discovered the misspellings on their website or the broken links on their social channels. “
