Pete Ewbank

Allcott Commercial is pleased to announce the appointment of Pete Ewbank MRICS, C. Build E MCABE, MCIOB as Associate Partner with the company. Pete was previously an Associate Director at AECOM, an international infrastructure consultancy, and will build on the growing Northwest commercial surveying market, allowing Allcott Commercial to serve a wider range of customers in the area.

Having worked most of the time at large national and international firms over the past decade, Pete wanted to join a practice with an ethos that was less entrepreneurial and more personal than his previous firms. After seeing our ad on LinkedIn, it became clear that the role at Allcott would enable Pete to participate in a variety of commercial property surveying and project work, landlord and tenant surveys, and surveyor work. As Pete himself said, this job would ideally suit his experience, background and interests.

As Matthew Baker, Commercial Partner stated, “With extensive experience including dilapidation, party wall work, contract management and pre-acquisition surveys, Pete has the expertise to serve both our existing and potential customers in the Support the Manchester region. “

Pete is Allcott’s eighth job in 12 months, a testament to the current recovery in the real estate market, and in the commercial sector in particular.

Pete, who is based between Stockport and Altrincham, will split his time between Allcott’s Manchester and Liverpool offices. He will move to Allcott Commercial on Monday, May 17, 2021.
