Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
The professional association has named Aston Lark boss Peter Blanc as president for 2022.
Blanc is also the non-executive chairman of Hastings Insurance Services, the brokerage arm of Hastings Direct.
Over the coming months, he will work closely with Aon UK’s current CII President and CEO, Julie Page, before becoming President and Chair of the Presidential Forum on January 1, 2022.

The consulting company has appointed Alexander Herr to head the network.
Mr. will lead the newly formed PCC Wealth Network.
Prior to joining PCC, he was International Sales Director for STM Life Assurance based in Gibraltar.

The IFA company has hired Lucy Ewings as Group Finance Director and Tony Bullock as Head of Compliance.
Ewings was most recently at Succession Wealth and Bullock held positions at Succession Wealth and Chase De Vere.

The fintech and support service provider has hired Matt West as chief revenue officer.
Previously, he was chief executive of Feefo, a technology platform for customer reviews, and led the company to consistent, double-digital growth.
Tilney Smith & Williamson
UK Wealth Management and Professional Services Group has hired Natasha Etherton as a financial planner in their Maidstone office.
Etherton initially worked for Origen Financial Services for 14 years before joining LEBC in 2015 where she helped set up the Maidstone office.

With the appointment of Nick Hendy as Intermediary Sales Manager, the asset manager has expanded its intermediary sales team.
He comes from Heartwood Investment Management where he was a Client Director.

Laura Harper strengthens the firm’s private client team as a partner.
She advises both UK resident and non-resident individuals, families and trustees on a variety of UK tax, trust and international estate planning matters.
Harper joins the firm from the London office of McDermott Will & Emery, where she served for the past three years as a member of the international tax advisory team in the retail banking sector.

The global asset manager has announced that Colin Moore will step down from his role as global chief investment officer after nearly 20 years with the company.
William Davies, currently Emea Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Equities, will succeed Moore, who will retire in January 2022.
Neuberger Berman
The investment manager has appointed Oliver Little as Head of UK Insurance Solutions.
Little joins from JP Morgan Asset Management where he spent more than five years serving as a UK client advisor for the group’s global insurance solutions business.

The fund manager has appointed Mario Cuccia as director.
In particular, he was General Manager at Banca Fideuram before moving to Allianz Group in Italy, where he was General Manager as well as Chief Executive and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allianz Bank.
Redhedge wealth management
The investment manager has appointed Raj Dutta as head of business development.
He previously worked at Salomon Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Union Bancaire Privee, Oxford Asset Management and Lombard Odier.

Chris Samuel has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the financial services company.
He was CEO of Ignis Asset Management.
