Mr. Sehmi has spent more than 25 years in business development banking, including stints at Paragon, Clydesdale Bank, HBOS and RBS, and has worked with real estate developers to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the industry.
He said, “Right now, appetites and opportunities are really increasing as the restrictions that have slowed the market down and development opportunities increase as land becomes available again, coupled with a high demand for new housing.
“Developers also want to repurpose offices, retail or hospitality businesses that are no longer needed as originally intended. Trust is perfectly placed to help these developers.”
