New headquarters for Tata Consultancy Providers

New headquarters for Tata Consultancy Services

The IT company Tata Consultancy Services is moving to a new regional headquarters in Leamington Spa to consolidate its activities under one roof. The letting comes after the renovation of the former Wolseley site by Canmoor and Tristan Capital Partners for a value of GBP 5 million.

The company has signed a ten-year lease for the Aura building in Precision Park, which was acquired by the EPISO 4 fund (European Property Investors Special Opportunities 4) from Canmoor and Tristan Capital Partners in 2019.

Headquartered in Mumbai, the company is consolidating under one roof after moving from Victoria Court and Bishops House in Leamington.

TCS occupied an entire floor of the building for a total of 21,815 square feet.

Rob Large, director at Canmoor, said: “Workplaces are being scrutinized more and more because of Covid-19.

“Aura’s new M&E, which results in an improved EPC rating of B, an internal fresh air supply and redesigned outdoor space, makes it one of the most attractive and sustainable buildings along the M40 corridor.”

JLL advised TCS on the rental.

Kelvin Craddock, Director of Tenants’ Representation, said, “By moving from TCS to Aura, you can now place your employees on a single floor slab, improving operational efficiency.

“Employee wellbeing is of the utmost importance to the company and Aura facilities and amenities have met a number of criteria, including outdoor access.”
