Garry Mackay and Rhian Osborne
GS Verde Group has appointed a new director for its commercial and IP department.
Garry Mackay is a specialist in technology and business law and has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on various IT and technology issues.
Prior to that, Mackay held a number of senior positions in his career and ran his own consulting firm, GSM Advisory Services.
He said, “Technology and law are two things I am incredibly passionate about and I am excited to share my expertise with so many more companies and help them reach their full potential.”
Mackay is the latest in a long line of high profile appointments for the firm, having recently joined the corporate finance team with Joel Dunning and Fleur Riggs as head of taxation.
