Financial consultancy giant Duff & Phelps rebrands to Kroll

Financial advisory giant Duff & Phelps has announced a major name change that includes a new name and logo.

The global company with UK offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London will “unite” under the Kroll name.

In a statement, the company said the rebranding “represents the rich history and breadth of the company’s services, and provides customers with transparency, trust and objectivity”.

Duff & Phelps was founded in New York in 1932 by William Duff and George Phelps.

CEO Jacob Siverman said, “This is an important milestone for our company and I am very excited to introduce the new Kroll, built on the strength of our acquired brands.
