Financial and business specialist Citrine Research launches | News

United Kingdom – Former Savanta executives Kate Turner and Julie Irwin founded Citrine Research, a financial and business services consultancy.

Citrine will provide qualitative and quantitative research across marketing, with an emphasis on developing new offerings, communication tests, and mind-guiding.

Turner (pictured left) was most recently Vice President at Savanta and focused on the financial services sector. The two previously worked together at Charterhouse Research, which was co-founded in 2004 by Irwin (pictured right) before it was acquired by Savanta.

Citrine, based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, has also launched Adviser Exchange, an insight community of financial intermediaries that includes mortgages, commercial finance, wealth, protection and insurance.

Kate Turner, General Manager of Citrine Research, said, “We share a passion for research and clarity. We work closely with financial and business services clients to deliver clear, focused, and valuable insights. “

Julie Irwin, director of the company, added: “We are particularly excited to be starting our own advisory community. It is an increasingly consolidated and fragmented market, which means it is harder to reach intermediaries and get involved in research.

“Our new soundboard aims to solve this problem and provide fast, agile access that benefits both our customers and the consulting community.”
