LEWES – Benedette Cooper is a transition trainer, management consultant, and successful entrepreneur who lives her life with a simple philosophy: Make a positive impact on everyone she meets.

After 13 years building an award-winning healthcare business with her husband, she shares her expertise. Before moving to Delaware and starting this company, she was a performance management consultant who trained others how to start businesses and taught executives, managers, and teams how to work together coherently.
It enriched the lives of others by giving them the opportunity to achieve their goals. “Since you would turn to a personal trainer if you wanted to lose weight or improve your health, a coach is there to highlight the success that lies within you.

Before starting her own business, she worked for the Johns Hopkins Center for communications programs, was interim chief executive officer for Heritage World Travel, and coordinated a leadership group for business owners. She has conducted relationship and communication improvement workshops, strategic planning, and professional development retreats in the Baltimore / Washington area.
