A Leicester-based wealth management firm has hired three new employees in key roles.

Westerby Investment Management, an Independent Financial Advisor, made the appointments to meet the growing need for impartial independent financial advice in the Leicestershire area and beyond.

Glenn Stredder and Mike Callaghan joined the company as Senior Financial Consultants. Carol Keeling joined the company as Office Manager.

Glenn’s job is to help clients achieve financial goals by understanding their current situation as well as the outcome they want. He previously worked as an independent financial advisor to Berkley Burke and the Medical Insurance Agency after serving as an advisor to high net worth and corporate clients at Barclay’s Bank and TSB Bank.

Mike Callaghan also joins Westerby Investment Management from Berkley Burke, where he spent over eighteen years as a General Practitioner specializing in retirement planning including retirement strategies, inheritance tax planning and investment management.

Carol Keeling’s role is to provide important administrative leadership and to work with the team of paraplanning and administrative staff at Westerby Investment Management in their role as office manager. She also joins the team from Berkley Burke, where she spent 16 years as administrative director in the Leicester and London offices.
