The LEGO Group appoints Atul Bhardwaj as Executive Vice President

Bhardwaj will be responsible for the LEGO Group's digital and technology teams and oversee further digital transformation to support long-term growth

The LEGO Group announced the appointment of Atul Bhardwaj as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer.

Bhardwaj joins the LEGO Group from German consumer electronics retailer MediaMarktSaturn, where he is currently Executive Vice President of Logistics and Chief Technology Officer. Before Bhardwaj took over this role in 2018, he was Chief Information Officer at Tesco PLC.

Before that he was a partner at the management consultancy Accenture. Bhardwaj will be responsible for the Group's digital and technology teams and oversee further digital transformation to support long-term growth.

Bhardwaj holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
