West Norfolk businesses looking to create a confident, happy workplace culture that will help increase productivity despite the Covid-19 pandemic can now get expert help from a new business-to-business service launched in Lynn will.

Nurture Consultancy was founded by Leanne Bercyz, a former director of local financial services company Ring Associates, with the aim of helping businesses grow and thrive.

The new service specializes in cultural development, business development and personal development, helping companies create motivated and productive jobs that are good for both employers and employees.

Prior to founding Nurture Consultancy, Ms. Bercyz spent 12 years in the financial services sector and was instrumental in maintaining a corporate culture that made employees comfortable and engaged in their work.

She has also been a licensed Mindspan coach and trainer since 2020, helping individuals in companies grow and develop their thinking by using more than 20 psychological techniques that promote success in the workplace.
