IT and digital consulting create jobs to support expansion

Leeds-based IT and digital consultancy Answer Digital is creating 35 jobs to support their growth plans.

The company will also continue to invest in its academy, which for the past six years has brought young people up to speed in digital skills in software development, integration, test automation and project management. Another 20 recruits are expected to join the academy program over the next nine months.

Answer Digital was recently named for the new £ 800 million digital health framework to help public health organizations deliver digital results and services.

The company’s health team works across the NHS to help the front line deliver digital services and enable transformative care. It is also helping local trusts develop new ways to schedule and hire direct care, and is working in partnership with NHS Digital on the Integrating Care program to develop the national exchange of records and events.

Gary Parlett, Founder and General Manager of Answer Digital, said, “After moving to employee ownership last year, business has grown at the speed of light. Our deep understanding and technical expertise in healthcare, financial services and a wide variety of other industries have made a name for themselves with high-quality and long-standing customers.

“We are in a great position to grow as a trusted partner and to support companies in their digital transformation.”
