IBM Acquires Main Adobe Workfront Consultancy

ARMONK, NY, Oct 19, 2021 / PRNewswire / – IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced plans to acquire Adobe Workfront consulting unit and assets from Rego Consulting Corporation to advance its hybrid cloud and AI strategy. Building on the strategic partnership between IBM and Adobe, the consultancy specializes in advising on work management software for corporate customers.

IBM has invested aggressively to strengthen its hybrid cloud and AI strategy and capabilities, including a strong focus on acquiring high quality consulting services such as Rego’s Adobe Workfront business. The acquisition of Rego’s Adobe Workfront business is the 17th overall acquisition for IBM – and the ninth acquisition in the cloud and AI services sector – since Arvind Krishna took over as IBM CEO in April 2020.

The Rego team acquired by IBM has extensive experience and expertise in end-to-end workfront services, from strategy formulation to implementation for management and support for Fortune 500 companies.
