Hambleton companies invited to join covid restoration programs

Free advice sessions for Hambleton businesses

More than 200 spots have been booked in a series of courses to help companies recover from the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, there are still slots for the Hambleton District Council initiative – especially those involved in service excellence, as well as one-on-one meetings with business consultants.

The free sessions are designed to help companies stay afloat and ultimately emerge stronger from the pandemic.

They started at the end of last month and are being delivered on behalf of the agency by the consulting firm ‘Insight with Passion’.

The workshops cover e-commerce, customer service, brand resilience and collaboration.

The remaining topics and dates are:

  • Use social media to build your brand on March 23rd and 24th
  • Service Excellence on April 6th and 7th
  • Tell your brand story on April 20th and 21st
  • The importance of collaboration and fellowship on May 4th and 5th

Companies can also book a one-hour individual appointment at [email protected]

Vice-President Peter Wilkinson said: “We are very pleased with the great response.

“We want as many Hambleton companies as possible to benefit from this program by the end of last year, which builds on the success of our support.”
