FTS Group unites companies beneath new Atturra branding

FTS Group unites businesses under the new Atturra branding

Following a comprehensive rebranding, the Australian IT service and consulting company FTS Group will now host its growing number of companies under the new name Atturra.

Following a series of recent acquisitions, Australian service company FTS Group has renamed itself Atturra, complete with a new logo and website. Founded in 2015, the company says the brand overhaul consolidates and better reflects the ever-growing list of labels under its umbrella – with Canberra-based defense consulting specialist Mentum Systems being the latest of its many recent bolt-ons last month.

“The intelligence of the FTS Group in all of its business areas was not adequately represented by the original branding and the business has grown out of its old structures. While all units have been working closely together for a number of years, Atturra, as a unified brand, is now in a stronger position to be competitive and a leader in the IT and consulting services landscape, ”said CEO Stephen Kowal, who was recruited by DXT Technologies two years ago.

Since his appointment, Kowal has almost doubled the number of employees through five acquisitions, including the acquisition of the university specialist ESAM Consulting and the management consultancy Noetic. Further subsidiaries are ANATAS (system integration), Galaxy 42 (solutions), KoBold (decision-making systems), Cubic Consulting (change management) and Veritec (Microsoft services).

These businesses, along with all future acquisitions, will now be fully integrated under the Atturra brand, reflecting the growing collaboration between the formerly separate units. According to the company, revenue has been growing at an average annual growth rate of over 23 percent since 2019, serving over 600 government, defense, education, financial services and utilities clients since its inception.

“The merger into Atturra reflects the emphasis on access to company sizes, technologies and specializations that the group offers,” said Kowal. “This rebranding milestone is important to the company as the market accelerates and customers expect to partner with companies that can maximize the value of end-to-end solutions. We are proud of what we have achieved so far and are just as confident about the new chapter in our history. “
