Donors Swiegers was named chairman of the global engineering and design consultancy Aurecon. The 64-year-old has been a non-executive director of the company since 2019 and was previously CEO for four years. Mr. Swiegers has more than 30 years of management experience in the professional services sector, including 12 years as CEO of Deloitte Australia. He also serves as the non-executive director of the Australian Design Council and is an executive mentor at the executive consulting firm Merryck & Co..
