This is an opportunity for a business development executive pursuing a career in recruiting.

  • As you transition to recruiting, you will build a customer portfolio and expand it with commercial information to identify companies with current or future recruiting needs, ranging from global multinationals to SMEs
  • Market map for identifying areas of growth / spending by competitors and achieving business
  • Develop customer contact strategies and conduct business development calls
  • Plan and visit parking spaces with potential customers
  • Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates
  • Networking in industry, branch and specialization in order to become an expert in your market
  • Candidate Engagement – Identify and attract potential candidates
  • Interview candidates to understand their needs, the best customization and valuable market intelligence
  • Advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and management of client and candidate expectations
  • Work as an integral part of a team, motivate one another and communicate effectively

Our Milton Keynes office would like to speak to a seasoned Business Development Executive about a career transition into recruiting. You must have the following key competencies:

  • At least 18 months of experience in a sales, B2B or business development position
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and success-oriented
  • Safe in a targeted environment
  • Passion for progress
  • Strong academic background
  • Proven track record
