The Staffordshire-based management consultancy Strategi Solutions Group reached an important milestone this week and is celebrating its sixth anniversary.

Based in the Strategi Hub in Lymedale Business Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme, the company has spent the past six years developing human resources, learning and development, training, recruiting, marketing, public relations, design, health, safety, and Environmental advice for a whole range of local, national and international customers.

Strategi has seen significant year-over-year growth since its launch six years ago and is now on track for its best year to date despite the impact of the global pandemic.

The current team of twenty employees, who have all worked from home for the past 15 months, are all eagerly looking forward to a belated sixth birthday celebration at the Strategi Hub, if government guidelines allow.

Founder and CEO Wendy Dean said, “I’m really proud of the way the team has worked together over the past year despite the challenges we have faced. Everyone worked so hard, stayed loyal and gave each other immense support. We are all very much looking forward to coming together as a team to celebrate our successes and our birthday as soon as possible! ”

“We are all waiting for Boris to keep our fingers crossed next week, in the hope that we can be back in our newly furnished offices by the end of the month. The champagne is on ice and we all keep our fingers crossed. ”

Indeed, Strategi has a lot to celebrate. Some key business profits have been made and with a healthy and growing customer base spanning a wide variety of industrial sectors, from logistics and transportation to manufacturing and education, there are also ambitious growth plans that lead the company to expand into other complementary services until the end of the year.

Rob Fisher, Managing Director of Strategi, commented, “I am really proud of what Strategi has achieved over the past year. We’ve managed to keep our employees, some of whom have been here since the first door opened in 2015, and we’ve even hired new team members to attract new talent as we enter new markets. Part of the team wasn’t even in the office. ”

However, Dean and Fisher added that the consulting firm does not want to rest on its laurels. “We always want to get better. Better for our community, better for our customers and better for us too. “
