Enterprise consultancy appoints three new associates

Oliver Deacon, Philip Crocker and Piero Alberici

At the beginning of the summer, the northeastern consulting company Auxin OKR announced a recruitment offensive in the coming months that opposes an industry trend in which many consulting brands are currently reducing their respective workforce. While Auxin OKR continues to plan to hire five new partners, the company has announced the appointment of three new employees for all of its UK business.

In its first 12 months of operation, Auxin OKR has gained a number of new corporate clients in the UK and overseas including Legal & General, Which ?, Rolls-Royce and the South African banking group Absa. The management consultancy is now planning to accelerate its global expansion through a high-level recruiting offensive. While an earlier publication said the company will be appointing two new partners in its UK wing and three partners for its overseas divisions, Auxin OKR’s expansion plans are also supported by the series of employee appointments.

Peter Kerr, Managing Director of AuxinOKR, said: “We are very pleased that we have gained such experienced trainers with such a wide range of talents and expertise. They are an excellent opportunity to start our partner network and incorporate this knowledge into the consultation. Their combined strengths allow AuxinOKR to offer broader capabilities to corporate clients across the UK and overseas. “Oliver Deacon comes to Auxin OKR with 17 years of consulting and coaching experience. Deacon started his career as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte and has since run coaching programs with major technology companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Stripe, as well as technology start-ups. His work has usually focused on helping those who wish to become a business leader, finance director, or high-performing strategy and analysis specialist.

Piero Alberici now comes to Auxin OKR after having worked in export and coaching for almost 30 years. He has a strong and proven track record in international sales and marketing of both products and services. The former export director of Fentimans has led teams of up to 250 employees and has been appointed as AuxinOKR’s human resource management expert. He offers coaching for managers so that OKR processes can be effectively embedded in a company.

Philip Crocker started his career at HSBC in London and then Paris before moving to commercial real estate services, integrating technology and people to improve performance. At Auxin OKR, he will work to leverage his extensive business experience and coaching skills to provide clients with a full supportive relationship and service.
