Ensono, a digital transformation provider, has announced the acquisition of Amido in order to leverage its cloud-native software expertise internally

With the acquisition, Ensono can help strengthen its customers’ entire IT inventory across mainframe, private and public clouds.

Ensono’s acquisition of Amido, following previous partnerships between the two companies in the digital transformation space, will further expand Ensono’s ability to build and support client applications that are purpose-built in the cloud.

With Amido, Ensono becomes one of the few companies that is able to advise, transform and operate the entire IT property of a company across mainframe, private and public clouds.

The deal also strengthens Ensono’s multi-cloud capabilities in Azure, AWS and Google, with both companies being Microsoft Gold Partners, Ensono AWS Advanced Consulting Partner and Amido Google Cloud Partner.
