Edinburgh energy consultancy hires four on the back of green recovery

Edinburgh-based energy research and consulting firm Delta-EE has appointed four analysts with 50 employees worldwide.

Catrin Cooper focuses on warmth, João Coelho on flex and storage, Oliver McHugh on the consulting team and Klara Ottosson as an analyst on the consulting and research team.

With a wealth of energy experiences – including carbon management, sustainability and electric vehicles – the new analysts will be based in both Edinburgh and London.

Andy Bradley, director at Delta-EE, said the green rebound is one of the few positive outcomes from the pandemic.

“At Delta-EE, we believe we have an important role to play in ensuring that companies can get their business models on the road to success, so we’re incredibly proud to continue adding some of the best people to our team to help. ” Guide our customers on this journey. ”

The company grew across all of its businesses as customers seek ways to transform their business to respond to the challenges and opportunities presented by moving to green energy.

While the decarbonization of power generation and mobility has been a priority for some time, Delta-EE has recently seen an increased appetite for insights into the decarbonization of heat after it has grown in importance from a political perspective.

The latest announcement follows the opening of Delta-EE’s Paris office in 2019.

With more than two-thirds of its customers outside the UK – mostly in continental Europe and Japan – the company is growing internationally and it now has team members in five countries.
