Delphine Bourrilly leads technique consultancy Kearney in France

Delphine Bourrilly, Managing Partner Kearney France

Global strategic operations consultancy Kearney has appointed a new executive in France: Delphine Bourrilly.

Delphine Bourrilly has been with Kearney for over a decade and is now running the French office – one of the company’s larger locations in Europe. “I am proud to hand over the baton to Delphine,” said Nicolas Lioliakis, who will now take on a European leadership role at Kearney.

“Their talent, energy and charisma will be essential to guide Kearney through his next phase of growth in France,” he added. Bourrilly’s appointment was announced by Geir Olsen, a Norwegian partner (a 20-year-old corporate veteran and former consultant to McKinsey and BCG) who leads Kearney’s presence in Europe.

“It is a great pleasure for us to welcome Delphine worldwide as part of our regular and well-planned leadership rotations. I am confident that she will continue to drive our business expansion in France, building on the successful foundation that our team, led by Nicolas, has built. “

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nicolas for his outstanding leadership and to welcome him as the new head of our transformation practice in Europe, which is the core of our specialty for our customers.”

Bourrilly becomes the fifth head of the Paris office since 2005 (when the consultancy returned to independence following a takeover of EDS).

In the meantime, she will continue to lead client work with a focus on leadership, change, and organization, with particular focus on operating models, organizational design, and large-scale transformations. She currently leads the leadership, change and organization practice across Europe.

Her notable responsibilities include overseeing an operational model transformation at a major retailer, leading the change workstream for an international merger worth $ 11 billion, developing a strategic plan for a luxury cruise line, supporting a cultural transformation for a gas supplier and advising on a major business transformation for a French insurance group.

At the beginning of her career, Bourrilly spent five years at the Swiss banking institute UBS after graduating from HEC Paris.

The news comes as part of seven new partner appointments in Paris: three last month (all hired by competitor Strategy &) and four earlier this year.
