Felix Lepetit, director of Altman Solon

After fifteen years at Deloitte, Felix Lepetit joined Altman Solon as a Director in his London office.

Founded last year following the merger of Altman Vilandrie & Co based in the US and Solon Management Consulting based in Europe, Altman Solon is a strategy consultancy focused exclusively on the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sectors.

Felix Lepetit joins the company’s London office – one of Altman Solon’s five hubs across Europe. “We are excited to add Felix to our London office and European leadership team,” said Patrick Bellenbaum, Managing Partner of Altman Solon. “His extensive experience in the development and transformation of organizations, in the implementation of changes and in the optimization of business processes will strengthen our service portfolio.”

At Deloitte, Lepetit most recently served as a director in its TMT consulting practice, working with major publishers of consumer, news and B2B content to adapt their business and organizational models to the changing digital landscape. He specializes in transformation, strategy, mergers and acquisitions as well as strategy implementation – implementing strategic priorities in changes to the operating model and organizational design.

At the beginning of his career, Lepetit worked for two boutique consulting firms and Mars & Co, an international strategic consulting firm. He received both his Masters and PhD degrees in engineering from Oxford University in England.

The appointment comes shortly after Altman Solon promoted Phillip Morse to partner in London. He joined the company in the summer of 2020 from EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting firm of the Big Four giant EY.
